Germany vs Netherlands: Oranje managed to get revenge

The Dutch national team managed to get revenge on Germany after their victory at Volksparkstadion on Saturday (7/9) WIB. Germany and the Netherlands won 4-2 this time for the visitors.

Appearing as a local team, Germany quickly scores. Just nine minutes into the match, Serge Gnabry managed to break into Jasper Cillessen's goal after using a ball kick, Luke Klostermann.

In an unfortunate position, the Dutch tried to attack. However, the appearance of Niklas Suele behind makes Oranje often difficult to create significant opportunities.

Germany is also not without opportunities. They were able to threaten the Dutch defense on several occasions. However, no additional goals were made in the remainder of the first half.

In the second half, the Netherlands immediately missed taking the initiative to attack. They also locked the German defense. The Der Panzer defense finally succumbed thanks to Frenkie de Jong's directed attack in the 59th minute.

Seven minutes later, the visitors managed to excel after Jonathan Tah scored his own goal. However, the benefits of the Netherlands did not last long. In the 73rd minute, Germany were able to equalize thanks to a penalty from Toni Kroos.

Six minutes after Kroos's goal, the Netherlands managed to lead. This time, it was Donyell Malen's turn, a substitute, who managed to break into Manuel Neuer's goal. In the remaining time of the match, Germany tried to attack and lock down the Dutch defense.

However, they failed to create a binding goal and returned to give the goal after Gini Wijnaldum managed to maximize the Memphis Depay bait in injury time. The match ended with a score of 4-2 for the Netherlands.

This result was Germany's first defeat in qualifying for the European Cup 2020. He managed to collect nine points in four matches. Win three points from Holland who still have an economic game.
