If Enrique Wants to Return, I'm Ready to Retreat

Robert Moreno sympathizes with the tragedy that has just been experienced by Luis Enrique. The Spanish national team coach is even ready to step down if Enrique wants to return.
Enrique loses his nine-year-old daughter, Xana, after five months of battling bone cancer. The sad news then made all of Spain sad.

Eventually the public learned about why Enrique stepped down from La Furia Roja's coaching chair last June. Even in the last few Spanish international matches before, Enrique was absent.
After this Enrique will certainly be able to focus again on the world of football which makes his name. The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) is even openly ready to accept Enrique back again to become a coach.

Moreno, who was appointed to be Enrique's successor, will voluntarily give up his position. Moreno has indeed joined Enrique since he was training Celta Vigo.

"Looking at the situation lately, we don't want to talk about it," Moreno said regarding the possibility of Enrique training again.

"Luis Enrique is my friend and friendship above all else. If one day he wants to return, I am ready to step down and work again with him," he continued at Sportskeeda.
