Before Mario Balottelli acted stunned and gave a lot of headaches to many coaches. Italian football is familiar with the risky behavior of a character named Antonio Cassano. For a long time, how is the former AS Roma striker now?

The latest news shows that the former AS Roma striker is currently taking a course to become a sporting director. Cassano joined the course with other former Serie A players such as Sergio Pellissier, Alessandro Lucarelli and Riccardo Gaucci.

Saturday (09/14/2019) Cassano participated in a course organized by the Italian Football Federation. Cassano and his colleagues will take courses starting September 16 at the Coverciano Training Center.

The player who infuriated Fabio Capello decided to hang up his boots last year. Since retiring from football, Cassano has worked actively in club management.

Cassano's career

Growing up without a father in the San Nicola district, poor Bari district, young Cassano spent much of his childhood helping his mother survive. Since childhood, Cassano always wanted to get out of poverty.

Football later became Cassano's choice. His talent was later discovered by one of the Bari Football Academy talent guides. This person then put Cassano in the Bari Academy. He finally made it into Bari's first team and made his debut as a Serie A diver on December 17, 1999, when Bari met his rival Lecce.

Technically, the player's game, nicknamed Gioiello di Bari Vecchia (Bari's jewel), was able to raise the level of his family when he played for Bari. Way of life then brought his football career as a roller coaster.

Cassano also realized throughout his career that many people did not like wild animals. He said that the negative side made all the glory not want to approach him.

"The show, my talent is meaningless when everyone only remembers the negative and negative sides," Cassano said.
