Van der Sar will be MU's athletic director

Rumor has it that former Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin Van der Sar returned to Old Trafford. Not as a player, he will become the first MU Sports Director in history.
When reporting from the Mirror, the Red Devils look for someone who deserves to oversee the transfer of the team by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Van der Sar is considered suitable to fill this post because he is considered to have experience.

The Dutchman was indeed narrow-minded when he became executive director of Ajax Amsterdam at that time. Under his supervision, Ajax managed to penetrate the Champions League semifinals thanks to his young players.

However, Van der Sar reportedly refused to join Manchester United. The legendary Dutch goalkeeper said he wanted to stay in Amsterdam for the match against Ajax.

Although this was not explicitly rejected, Van der Sar said he really liked being one of Ajax's main representatives. "I enjoyed my stay at Ajax, where I played a different role as general manager," Van der Sar said.

MU itself is now incessant reshuffle without stopping after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer controls. But until the fifth week of the 2019/20 season, the Red Devils lost another win.
