Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City). Had to mess around with injury problems last season, this one player rose again at the beginning of the English League season. He successfully produced 5 assists and 1 goal in 4 matches City. He also shined in the Belgian national team in the 2020 European Cup Qualifiers.

Luka Modric (Real Madrid). The winner of the Ballon d'Or trophy had a previous season that was no less bad than De Bruyne. Despite the decline, but he still has the potential to rise like De Bruyne this season.
