The VAR system in the Premier League is true that it's not perfect, Kadung's coach was fired

The 2019/20 season became the inaugural year of the English League implementing the assistant referee video system or commonly abbreviated as VAR.

With this system, referees in charge must be able to perform their duties and functions more easily on the soccer field.
The VAR system allows referees to get an "extra eye" from the officer in charge of guarding the match via camera and video.

If in doubt about making a decision, the arbitrator can consult with the officer and see the incident in more detail through the repetition available in the VAR system.
After seeing the reviews, the court can make a better decision based on more detailed consideration.

However, the application of the VAR system in the English League in practice still found several obstacles and even caused errors.
This was recognized directly by Mike Riley as managing director of the elite referee body, PGMOL (Professional Game Match Officials Board).

Reported by Sky Sports SportFEAT.com, there were 227 moments that were verified with the VAR system and six of them finally changed the decisions on the field.
On the other hand, the data says that there are ten events that should have changed, but the referee chose to remain in his position.
