Solskjaer evaluates good games for young players
Andreas Pereira supports Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Pereira believes that the coach's decision to play against many young players in his team is the right decision.
This summer Manchester United began cleaning up the warehouse. They began to get rid of some players they didn't need, such as Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Chris Smalling.
Instead, Solskjaer has recruited several talented young players for his team. Not only that, he also launched several players from the MU Academy in his midfield.
Pereira himself supports the policy adopted by the coach. "For me, the coach's decision was extraordinary," Pereira told The Independent.
Take advantage of opportunities
Pereira himself has also asked young MU players to improve their abilities and be effective in the Red Devils team.
He said the opportunity they had now was a rare opportunity, so they had to make the most of it.
"I run the opportunities provided by the coach is very important for the confidence of a young player. If we have the opportunity, we must make the best use of it."
Repayment of trust
Pereira admitted that he was one of the young players who got a chance from Solskjaer. For this, he promised to fight with all his strength to pay the coach's confidence.
"The coach often praises me and it's very important for me to continue my career."
"For now, I just have to do my best in the field and restore the trust that he gives." he said.
Inconsistent results
Manchester United are still in an incoherent phase in their first four matches at the EPL.
They only won one of their first four EPL matches this season.
