The woman who claimed to have been raped by Neymar is now charged with fraud

Najila Trindade accused Neymar of raping her. This case was closed due to lack of evidence. Now he is accused of fraud, slander and extortion.
Trindade claimed to have been raped by Neymar in a Paris hotel last May. From the start, the Paris Saint-Germain player immediately denied this accusation, insisting that their relationship was a deal.

Circulating Neymar videos with women at the hotel, is there really a rape?
This case was finally closed due to lack of evidence. Sao Paulo prosecutor Estefania Paulin, as reported by Sky Sports, said that Trindade did not provide the evidence he claimed to have, including videos containing Neymar's attacks.

"The police investigator asked him to connect his phone to the computer so he could see the video, but he didn't want to do it," Paulin said.
Neymar made a statement to the police about the alleged rape

"He also refused to hand over his phone and then said that his phone had been stolen," the prosecutor added.
Prosecutors said the only injury suffered by Trindade was on his finger. Medical reports cannot prove that she was raped.

Trindade now faces charges of fraud, defamation and extortion related to this case. His former colleague, Estivens Alves, was accused of broadcasting erotic content which was then uploaded online.
