Former Juventus Coach Supports Inter Scudetto This Season

Former Allenatore Juventus, Massimiliano Allegri said that this season Inter Milan had the opportunity to end Juventus' dominance in Serie A this season.

Some time ago, during a demonstration in Padua, Allegri was interviewed by a team of reporters to be interviewed about the season travel. He was also questioned about his former colleague at Juventus Giuseppe Marotta, who is now the director of Inter Milan.

"I won four Scudetto with him in four years, I won once without him," Allegri was quoted as saying by Gianlucadimarzio.com.

"He has done great things at Inter, bringing [Antonio] Conte is an important decision. Inter can compete to win the Scudetto this year," he continued.

Allegri himself now chooses to take a one-year break after separating from Juventus. He also stated that he did not regret the decision. "Did I think twice before leaving Juventus? Not at all, after five years, this is a place for a short break," he added.

"Agnelli [president of Juventus] may have understood this before me, he is a smart person who works in the development of Italian football. He has aspirations in Europe," he said.

Agnelli himself was recently crowned president of the European Club Association (ECA). In his second term of office, he will work with Edwin van der Sar as a joint representative with Inter President Steven Zhang.

Allegri can be called an important character behind the success of Juventus. Imagine, five seasons out there, Allegri always wins the Scudetto and four Coppa Italia. But the meeting must end last season. Although there is no clear reason, but there are many rumors that the two decisions will separate because of Allegri's failure to present the Champions League title.

Management's disappointment was natural because they had incurred very high costs for the trophy. Let's just say they beat the most expensive Italian transfer record by bringing Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo.
