Confused Choose Join Liverpool, Man City, or Man United?

RB Leipzig striker, Timo Werner, celebrates a goal scored against Totenham Hotspur.

RB Leipzig's Timo Werner feels confused about choosing to join Liverpool, Manchester City or Manchester United.

Timo Werner is predicted to be the busiest young talent in the transfer window next summer.

Timo Werner's sharpness in front of goal made the German national team player a clear target for several elite European clubs.

Werner has hinted that his move to Liverpool will appeal to him, but the option to join other clubs such as Manchester United and Manchester City is still very open.

The former VfB Stuttgart player also had the chance to stay in Leipzig with Die Bullen having high hopes to maintain his services.

Ahead of RB Leipzig's match against Tottenham Hotspur in the second leg of the last 16 of the Champions League, Werner claimed he had to think a lot about his future.

"At the moment, in the world of professional football there are two different variations," Werner said.

"The first is to be part of a team like Liverpool or Manchester City. They have a team with good performances. They also have great coaches.

"But the question is, do you want to go to such a team, because the competition will be difficult for every player and you want to be a part of it? That's one point that must be considered.

"On the other hand, there are teams that need some big changes, because they just won a few big titles, but they can't compete at the highest level anymore.

"For me Manchester United are one of these teams.

"So for my career, I ask myself, do I want to be part of a new team to build something new, or do I want to stay on my team and make something great?" he said.

The eleven-back has scored 27 goals for RB Leipzig in all competitions this season.

Werner has a release clause in his contract worth £ 51 million.
