Why didn't Stefano Sensi join AC Milan?
Stefano Sensi proved that Inter Milan were not wrong to evaluate it. He managed to make the Nerazzurri fans with his new appearance.

Former Sassuolo Penggawa looked charming when Inter Milan faced Udinese in a Serie A match that continued on Sunday (9/15/2019) early this morning. He managed to record a goal that was created in the 44th minute.

Thanks to this, Sensi scored two goals and two assists in his first three appearances in the Nerazzurri shirt. The score equaled the best record in his career during his Serie A career.

The match against Udinese ended in a 1-0 win for Inter Milan. But in reality, the situation could be different if the 24-year-old midfielder was transferred to AC Milan, his rival.

Never near Milan

During the recent transfer window, it was widely reported that Stefano Sensi will join AC Milan. Even if it approaches the stage where both teams only seek agreement on the transfer system.

Unfortunately, according to the Calciomercato.com report, the transfer did not occur because both teams failed to approve. AC Milan are apparently only willing to offer Sensi a two-year loan method without a permanent guarantee. Sassuolo does not agree.

Inter Milan saw the offense and immediately approached Sassuolo. And on July 2, 2019, Stefano Sensi was officially part of the Antonio Conté team.

Inter See Opportunities

Almost similar to Milan's offer, Inter have also submitted loan proposals to Sassuolo. The difference is that they dare to set a price of 20 million euros as a retention clause for the Italian national team players.

Coupled with the cost of the loan, practically Inter Milan paid 25 million euros to get Sensi. The Nerazzurri received a substantial price reduction compared to Sassuolo's previous request, which amounted to 35 million euros.

The price reduction occurred after Inter Milan released two young players to move to the Mapei stadium. They are Marco Sala and Andreaw Gravillon.

While AC Milan switched to the Empoli manager, Ismael Bennacer. Both teams reached an agreement on prizes when the 21-year-old midfielder defended the Algerian national team at the 2019 African Cup.
