This coach admitted that Valencia was fired because of the Copa del Rey champions

Marcelino Garcia Toral made an interesting confession about Valencia's dismissal. Marcelino said he was ousted for bringing his team to the Copa del Rey last season.
Marcelino allowed Valencia to win the Copa del Rey last season after toppling Barcelona with a score of 2-1 in the final. It became Los Che's first title in 11 years.
