One of the strong rumors looming over Neymar's return plans is the involvement of Barcelona captain Lionel Messi.

  "The players do not have the right to talk about transfers. All of this is the duty of the club's management," Bartomeu added.

Even so, Bartomeu stressed that Barcelona did form a squad for Messi.
