Domination at the Italian Grand Prix was broken, Hamilton questioned Leclerc's victory

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton asked what Charles Leclerc had done in the 2019 Formula 1 race at the Italian Grand Prix,
Because on lap 23, Leclerc was considered a maneuver that injured Hamilton in the chicane or the second zigzag curve of the Monza circuit.

Leclerc is said to have hit hard when Hamilton was right behind him. That made Hamilton difficult and had to leave the track to avoid a collision.

According to Hamilton, Leclerc's actions should have resulted in punishment. But the commissioner only gave a warning with a black and white flag.

Even though Steward had dropped a penalty on Max Verstappen, the Red Bull Racing Honda rider, when he performed a similar maneuver on the Monza circuit.
"Maybe the servants woke up in a different place this morning," Hamilton commented on Steward's decision, quoted in The Guardian.

There are rules that are upheld but not respected today. They use different consequences for applicable regulations. I don't know why that happened, "he complained.
