Beaten after Goda Boyfriend People, the Chelsea midfielder escaped sanctions

Danny Drinkwater escaped the action of his club, Chelsea, after being beaten because he was caught red-handed teasing a woman.

Danny Drinkwater was beaten by a group of people at a nightclub in Manchester on Saturday (7/19/19). The beating happened because he was caught in the act of teasing Scunthorpe United's lover, Kgosi Ntlhe.

According to the Daily Mail, the incident forced Chelsea representatives to immediately go to Drinkwater. However, the meeting was not intended to impose sanctions, but rather to ensure the condition of the players as a result of the incident.

According to reports, the midfielder currently on loan at Burnley had to leave for three weeks because of the incident. He suffered an ankle injury, swelling of the forehead and cheek injury.

It is feared that this incident will in itself be the reason why Burnley sent Drinkwater back to Stamford Bridge earlier than expected, with the loan agreement ending until January 2020.

In addition, reports indicate that Danny Drinkwater met with Newcastle coach Sean Dyche after the incident. However, Dyche himself apparently did not give a problem.

Drinkwater has strengthened Premier League giants Chelsea since 2017. His unsatisfactory performance last season prompted Frank Lampard to loan him to Burnley for a season.
