Happy Mason Mount Trained by Frank Lampard

Chelsea's young midfielder Mason Mount said he was very happy to be trained by Frank Lampard. He believes the coach is able to make him a top midfielder in the future.
Starting last season, Mount has worked with Lampard. Last season he was loaned to Lampard when he was still in charge of Derby County and the player regained the trust of the coach when he handled Chelsea.

Lampard himself is a legendary figure for Chelsea. He is the best attacking midfielder in his era, where he holds the title as the Blues' top scorer of all time.

Mount who has a similar position with Lampard said he was happy to be trained directly by the legend. "I talk to him every day," Mount beber told Sportsmole.

Mount considers that because Lampard has the same position with him, he can learn a lot to become a top midfielder like his coach.

"I talked to him especially after the match, where I asked what I could improve from my game, and in what position I had to move in the penalty box."

"I always talk to him and try to learn as much as possible from him, but we practice the most finishing. I don't think there is a better coach than he can teach me about it."

Mount himself is currently called by the British Senior National Team, and he believes this call would not have happened without the presence of Lampard in his career.

"I had a chance to talk to him about this summons. He said this was a proud moment because I could defend my country, and he asked me to enjoy my time in this team."

"This is an exciting time in English football and he said that I had to enjoy my game with England." he said.

Mount has the potential to get his debut in the British Senior National Team at the weekend.

They will face Bulgaria at Wembley in the Euro 2020 Qualifying group phase match.
